Senator Joni Ernst Visits Iowa Cigar Co.

Today we had a special guest at the shop. United States Senator Joni Ernst and her husband Gail stopped by the shop. In addition to picking up some cigars, the Senator and I discussed S.294. I asked her to join the bill as a co-sponsor. She seemed supportive of the purpose of the bill and promised to talk to Marco (Senator Rubio). We are hopeful she will join the effort to support the premium cigar industry and help to put an end to some of the soon to be imposed FDA regulations on the industry.
